Fees and reimbursement

The costs of the counseling process are calculated based on an hourly rate. You will receive an invoice at the end of each month for the sessions of that specific month.

Fees:

Introductory session by telephone 30 min: (free of charge).
Intake max 90 min: 89 euros.
Individual session 60 min: 89 euros.
Online counseling session 60 min: 75 euros.

Counseling in my practice is exempt from VAT.

If you would like to get acquainted by telephone briefly, to get an idea of who you are going to talk with during the sessions? That is no problem. This is free of charge. You can indicate this on the contact form.

Reimbursement:

I am a Register Counselor at AbvC and also registered with the professional association RBCZ®.

Many health insurers therefore reimburse part of the costs of the counseling from your additional health insurance package. This won't affect your "own risk". Counseling is partly reimbursed from counselling and/or psychosocial therapy. For an overview of the reimbursements per health insurer:

Other methods of reimbursement:

Your employer, re-integration courses, PGB and tax-deduction can offer possibilities for reimbursement of the costs of counseling. Ask your employer about what is possible.
